12个HoCP系列甘蔗种质资源初步鉴定和评价

摘要:
为了解甘蔗(Saccharum spp.)亲本特性,以ROC22为对照,对12个重要HoCP系列亲本种质进行了初步鉴定与评价。结果表明,HoCP系列品系具有出苗率高、分蘖性好、有效茎数多、早熟高糖等特性。HoCP01-564含糖量最高,HoCP00-1142产量最高,HoCP02-610发芽率和有效茎数最高,HoCP07-613蔗糖分最高。聚类分析表明,12个HoCP系列品系(种)可分为4类。因此,根据这些品系(种)特性可以合理配制杂交组合。

Preliminary Identification and Evaluation of 12 Strains of HoCP Series in Sugarcane Germplasm Resources

Abstract:
In order to understand the parental characteristics of Saccharum spp., twelve important parents of HoCP series were preliminarily identified and evaluated with ROC22 as a control. The results showed that HoCP series clones were characterized by high emergence rate, good tiller, large effective stem number, early maturing and high sucrose content. Among them, HoCP01-564 showed the highest sugar yield, HoCP00-1142 had the highest yield, HoCP02-610 had the highest emergence rate and effective stem number, and HoCP07-613 had the highest sucrose content. The cluster analysis showed that all of the clones could be divided into 4 groups. Therefore, these characteristics would be used to make crosses in the future.
